We went to Chrome Music lab to make a song. It was my first song I made do you like it or not.  

AMAZING PAL DAY 2

 Hi in Te Maunga we have been doing PAL day. We played a game called handball. In handball you have to try and get them out by hitting the ball. To improve my talent and skills I will try harder. 

SILLY DAY

 Hi in Te Maunga it was WACKY Wednesday. Everybody dresses silly. I didn't dress up on WACKY WEDNESDAY. I thing I like doing was being silly. The thing that made me think hard is finding what costume I should wear. Next time I'll dress up silly.  

DANGEROUS EARTHQUAKES

 Hi in Te Maunga we were learning about earthquakes. We learnt when there is an earthquake you should go under a table. It was kind of difficult going under the table because I had a hurting foot. It made me keep going because I didn't want to die.   

EARTHQUAKES AND VOLCANO SLIDES

Hi in Te Maunga we were learning about earthquakes and volcanoes. I learnt that volcanoes can be dangerous and it can help by cooking, heating and bathing. My favourite bit is when we get to put the facts that we learn in google drawing. 

Amzaing science with NANOGIRL

 In Te Maunga,  NanoGirl came to our school and showed us a bit of science. She put fire on her hands and we saw a cannon that shot air. In the last trick she picked me as a volunteer it was shocking walking up near NanoGirl and seeing everyone staring at me. My brother was looking at me too.      

What a boring lockdown

 Hi In Te Maunga I woke up and ate my breakfast. I went to the shower and got ready for school but I remembered it was locked down. I went to bed and learned spanish. With my dad and brother we played a jumping game on the beach. The rules were simple: who jumps the farthest wins and I won the game.

Hi in Te Maunga we were doing perimeter and area. I learnt that you have to count the outside of the shape to get the perimeter. One of the activities is when we got to make our own shapes and we also learnt area. I really like when we get to make our own shapes. We also made a DLO to put our information.

On the last day of term three we got to do challenges. We got to play running games and throwing games. I really like playing the dodgeball game. 

SEA ACTIVITIES

 In Te Maunga we did activities of the ocean. I did x ray fish. Step one we draw a fish on a paper. Step two we have to cut the outline of it. Step three is to draw another one on a black paper. Step four cut the inside body. Glue cellophane paper in it. Step five is to glue these lines on it.

HEALTHY EATING

 In Te Maunga we had a visitor in our class who taught us about not eating bad food. They handed us a worksheet about reading the labels. The other day we went to the shops to see the labels. At lunch time we finished our shopping. I learnt to eat different types of food groups.

A EASTER AUCTION

In Te Maunga we had an Easter Auction. I learned about bidding with  money. There was lots of chocolate. It takes hard work getting money in our account. We need to get our work finished to get lots of money to buy chocolate. It took a long time. 

HOW TO MEASURE A FISH

 In Te Maunga we had a visit. We met Jayden and Shirley. They taught us about how to save the whales and how to measure the fish and shells. My favourite part about the visit was saving the whale. I was trying hard to read the fish and the shell name. 

THE RUSSEL SWIMING POOL

 In Te Maunga we went swimming. The good part was eating lunch and playing tag and having a walk. We did not jump into the pool. We had to float on our backs.

reseach project

In Te Maunga we did a research project. My partner was Justin D. We researched building houses.  You can make houses out of stone, wood and all of these building materials. When we finished we did a research project 2 we were not allowed to choose the same partner. So I chose Luke C to be my partner. We did research on pizza. 

THE BIG TSUNAMI

 

On Friday we went up a hill because there was a tsunami. There was a hot dog man Giving free hot dogs. It Was delicious. I like hot dogs. They gave me water too. It was hot there, very hot. The tsunami was big but it finished. We went up to the golf club.
